7th Birthday!

Birthday boy!! He loves playing with his brothers and helping them, school, writing and drawing, being goofy, games, music, and buses. He's getting so grown up! I love him!

His actual birthday was a bit cold, so it was a few days later that I coaxed him outside for some nice pictures. He insisted on bringing his school bus, which is actually rather perfect as they are still his favorite.



He wanted a school bus math cake. One where he could answer math problems with cookies, like his math cake last year. I wasn't sure how that was going to work so we finally agreed that I'd make a school bus cake and he'd make math cupcakes. He had fun and did amazing :)


A lot of family was able to be here for his party and I think he had a blast.

2 Years!!

We loved celebrating our youngest's birthday! We had his party at my parents' home and he had a blast! ♥ ♥ ♥


He loves animals!


Even when we had leftovers he had sheep (I made 3 of each animal), they must have been his favorite.
He gobbled up the ice cream too :)

4!

Our preschooler's birthday was super fun. He was so happy and excited and it was contagious! We celebrated the day before his birthday at my parents' home.

After opening that Lightning McQueen Lego set he ran around excitedly telling everyone "It's just what I wanted!!! It's just what I asked for!!"




He received some dinosaur eggs and he and his brother each opened one.

His actually birthday was a Sunday and I didn't take many photos except to show that he played with a flashlight the whole day while his brothers played with all his new stuff. He didn't mind one bit, he's great at sharing and enjoyed playing with them while they had his stuff.

He didn't want me to take a nice picture of him on Sunday so I attempted the next day while they were on the deck.


He's a happy kid and always wants to play and have fun. He loves playing pretend and is super talkative. He's active and social and quick to participate in structured settings. He loves having friends over and playing with his brothers, he always wants a playmate! We love our 4 year old!!

6th Birthday!

We had a little birthday celebration for our oldest the day before his birthday! His grandparents joined us and it was a fun party.
6 is so old, doesn't he look so grown up in all these?
I love him and how much fun he has writing and drawing.






He loved playing with the cake and having the dinosaurs use their playground.


His birthday was the next day and we took a few birthday pics.




After church he and his dad built his new Lego mobile police station.


I love my big kid. He's a sweet boy and fun big brother. He enjoys school, learning, being the boss, playing, and being silly.

Birthday & Party!

With his party being the same day as his birthday, I had party prep that prevented me from making sure every moment of his day was awesome. We did some of that other days, but one of his favorite things we managed to do that afternoon: bathtime!


A video from his birthday bath. Definitely not his first time standing in the bath. He loves to stand and move all around in that little tub. He probably thinks it's weird that I'm not playing with him more but I was trying to keep my camera (phone) dry.


His birthday was on a Saturday and we invited family over to celebrate! My parents, sister, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law & sister-in-law came. It was so fun to get together to celebrate our one year old!

He loved the salmon his daddy smoked on the grill for his birthday dinner!

Birthday parties are always a little overwhelming for babies, but I think he had fun.
