Dec 28 - Jan 1

We visited with my in-laws before going to Busch Gardens.

That night we stayed with my brother's family. The next day we had a piano party for our oldest at my parents'. My whole family & my mother-in-law came. He did amazing.
In rehearsing for it he didn't want to bow. I told him that when he was done with all his songs he had to do something while people clapped, so he opted for jumping around.

Games!

My baby sister's birthday!

New Year's Eve we spent another night with my brother's family. They are a lot of fun and wonderful hosts and we loved staying with them so much over the holidays!
The rest of my family (including a cousin of mine!) came for the celebrations too. And my mother-in-law came for a bit.

Pictures taken by my siblings, thanks for sharing guys ♥

In the morning we were sure to get a cousins picture!

Christmas!

Playing Christmas songs together ♥

We stayed home for Christmas for the first time and I enjoyed it a lot. It was nice for our little family to have our own celebrations.

The story of the first Christmas.

They took good care of the baby Jesus. Even some tickling.

My first time making the Swedish Tea Ring. The glaze may be too thick, but nobody complained ;)

Christmas morning! Santa had come!

He brought a Lego set that Lego doesn't make! A school bus with video instructions!

This exciting new toy was part of our gift exchange.

Christmas morning family photo in our pjs :)

We went to my parents for more gift exchanges and dinner (and dessert, as you can see). All my siblings and their families were there.

We spent the night at my brother's and enjoyed being with family the next day too.

Christmastime

Merriweather's Symphony of Lights 12.04

Ward Activity 12.08

Busch Gardens' Christmas Town 12.28
We went with my family to Busch Gardens on a freezing day and our poor baby was sick.
Husband is behind the camera in the group pic. I don't think I really ever put baby down.

The big boys loved Rudolph the best! These two pics are from our first time through, but we had to stand in line twice so they could see him again.

Preschooler's skillet cookie & hot chocolate face :D
