Me and Baby

My husband and two oldest left yesterday afternoon for our ward's Fathers & Sons Campout. After our baby woke up from his afternoon nap I couldn't help but notice it was beautiful outside. So we went for a walk!

We went through parts of the neighborhood I used take all the time when my oldest was still in a stroller. We stopped at at a park and also a nicely shaded grassy area. It's sooo nice to be with this fun little cutie!








I love that he loves to hold onto me.


When we got home we had dinner and a little more playtime but then it was bedtime and he expected to go to bed! We'd been having so much fun I wished we could just keep it going into the night.

For the first time ever he slept through the night (7:40-6:20!). I don't expect it to happen again any time soon. If it was a result of the shots he got yesterday, I think I prefer that reaction to the fever that he got last time.

I miss the rest of my family and can't wait to hear about the fun they're having, it's super weird without them!
