We went to the pool. Neither boy was a fan so we haven't really made it a priority to go back. They both went in the water for a bit, but didn't really want to be there.
On the fourth of July Hot Cup worked with our toddler on using the pedals of his trike and he picked it up quick. At first he preferred downhill, and needed a little help going uphill. But by the end of the month he didn't need much help anymore, and preferred uphill to downhill.
He always asks to take his tricycle outside, and if his baby brother is sleeping we go for a little ride in front of the house. But if baby brother is awake, I get the stroller out and big brother always decides he'd rather push that than ride his trike. When we go to the park he pushes the stroller right up to anything he decides to do so his baby brother can see what he's doing.
He loves his new bath toy (craft foam :)
I thought I'd try going straight to a non-suck cup. He did pretty good but I later decided a less messy one would be better for our upcoming trip so he's using one that requires sucking now.
