Day 1 - Please Touch Museum

A couple of weeks ago we spent 4 days having family fun in PA :)

The first day we went to Philadelphia's Please Touch Museum.

Both boys cited this water area as one of their favorites.  They assembled foam boats and played a little while.

This is a giant elephant shaped sculpture made from antiques that baby explored while the boys played in the water area.  He was a little bummed the pieces weren't removable.

Our oldest said another favorite was painting flowers red.  In an Alice in Wonderland area they had flowers lights that changed from white to red when you brushed them.
That area also had a mirror maze.

Our (then) 2 year old had a blast with his dad and the rocket launchers.  They were too loud for big brother though.

We were both surprised this wasn't the first thing they mentioned when we asked about their favorites. I thought our 2 year old pushing around a wheel barrow was pretty impressive.

Our preschooler had hugs for Curious George.  Our kindergartner is making sure he doesn't smile, but at least he's not letting George go thirsty.

Lots of stuff to drive :D
Trolley

Cars

Excavator

When we were done there (we were there nearly from open to close!) we went on to Allentown where we'd stay for 2 nights.
Pizza for dinner!  Our preschooler insisted on a highchair.
